ALTAR SERVER TRAINING 2010

REGISTRATION forms and information will be distributed at the CCE classes on September 12th. Please make sure to register your new altar server and sign the server and parent agreement.

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES:

Class 1 - Sunday September 19 at 9:20 am in the new church - report directly to the church and not CCE. You must pre-register or bring registration with you for altar serving training. Parents need to attend this class with you child for orientation.

Class 2 - Sunday, September 26, 9:30 AM in the church - same format as class 1. You must attend this class.

Class 3 - Saturday, October 2, 9:00 AM to noon in the church - all new servers must attend this class.

Class 4 - Saturday, October 9 - 9:00 AM to noon in the church - all new servers must attend either 4 or 5 of the Saturday classes at a minimum.

Class 5 - Saturday, October 16- 9:00 AM to noon in the church.

Class 6- Saturday, October 23 - 9:00 AM to noon in the church.

Graduation Pizza Party - 12:00 noon on Saturday October 30 immediately after the last class. New server graduates will be given the official St. Elizabeth altar server T-shirts. The party will be in the Student Center.

Graduation - Commissioning Mass - 11:00 AM Sunday, October 31. All new server graduates will need to be at that Mass to receive their serving certificates. The new senior servers will also be honored at the Mass and their parents will be called to make sure they can attend.
